The Qualified Medicare Beneficiary (QMB) program provides Medicare coverage of Part A and Part B premiums and cost sharing to low-income Medicare beneficiaries.
The Specified Low-Income Medicare Beneficiary (SLMB) Program allows you to get help from your state to pay your Medicare premiums. This Program helps pay for Part B premiums only.
Medicare is a U.S. government health insurance program. The plan covers people age 65 or older, younger ones with disabilities, and patients with end-stage renal disease.
Low-Income Subsidy is a federal program that helps people with Medicare pay for prescription drugs, and lowers the costs of Medicare prescription drug coverage.
In the QI Program, Medicaid will pay only your Part B premium as of the date that the Division of Medicaid starts your eligibility. A QI does not qualify for any additional Medicaid benefits.
With indemnity plans, the insurance company pays a pre-determined percentage of the reasonable and customary charges for a given service, and the insured pays the rest. With an indemnity plan, there's no provider network, so patients can choose their own doctors and hospitals.
While most life insurance policies pay out the insured's death benefit in a lump sum, some insurers provide beneficiaries with the option to receive their payout as an annuity, or in payments over time.
Dental insurance makes it easy to go to the dentist by minimizing out-of-pocket costs for routine dental check-ups, expensive procedures and most things in between. Vision insurance helps cover fees for annual preventive care check-ups, glasses and contacts
Final expense insurance, also referred to as burial insurance, covers end-of-life expenses including funeral arrangements and any remaining medical or legal expenses that will need to be settled by your beneficiary.
Get temporary health insurance coverage while you're between jobs, waiting for open enrollment, or in any other transitional period. Protect your health and your finances.
Cancer Insurance & Heart Attack/Stroke Insurance may be the ideal solution for those who are worried about covering the costs of a high deductible health Insurance policy.
A Medicare Advantage (MA) plan is a type of health plan offered by a private company that contracts with Medicare to provide you with all your Medicare Parts A and B benefits. MA plans include health maintenance organizations, preferred provider organizations, private fee-for-service plans, and Special Needs Plans.
Medicare Part D is a voluntary outpatient prescription drug benefit for people with Medicare provided through private plans that contract with the federal government.
Medicare Supplement Insurance (Medigap) is extra insurance you can buy from a private health insurance company to help pay your share of out-of-pocket costs in Original Medicare
